Should I repair or replace my AC?
Rough rule: if the unit is under ten years old and the repair costs less than a third of a replacement, repair it. We’ll give you both numbers in writing and tell you honestly which one we’d choose in your position.
How long will the repair take?
Around nine out of ten repairs are completed on the first visit — our trucks carry capacitors, contactors, motors and refrigerant. If a part has to be ordered, we’ll tell you the day it lands.
Can you work on any brand?
Yes — Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, American Standard and the rest. Our techs are EPA‑certified and factory‑trained across the major manufacturers.
My system is still under manufacturer warranty. Now what?
Bring us the model and serial and we’ll check the coverage before quoting. If the part is covered we’ll process the claim for you and you only pay labour.
Do you do maintenance plans?
We do — two visits a year, priority scheduling, no after‑hours surcharge and 15% off repairs. Most customers find it pays for itself in one avoided breakdown.
