No. The visit and the diagnosis are free. We give you a fixed price afterwards, and if you don’t want to go ahead, there’s nothing to pay.
How fast can you actually get here?
Most emergency calls inside our service radius are reached within 2–4 hours. Non‑urgent bookings are usually next‑day, and we’ll always give you a two‑hour arrival window rather than “sometime Tuesday”.
Is after‑hours work more expensive?
There’s a modest after‑hours rate for nights, weekends and holidays — and we tell you exactly what it is on the phone before we dispatch. No surprises on the invoice.
Are your techs licensed and insured?
Every tech is licensed, insured, drug‑tested and background‑checked. Our master plumber licence is M‑41982 and our HVAC licence is TACLA00218C — both are printed on the truck and the invoice.
